These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Attaché (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Attaché, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Attaché is a platform for Building Africa's Workforce. It helps students and jobseekers across Africa, and in the other countries where it is available, discover jobs and internships. Attaché brings together job and internship listings from public job boards, employer flyers and user submissions, helps you build a profile from your CV, and provides AI-assisted tools (application email drafting, CV feedback, job matching) to help you apply. Its Meshy feature finds companies near you, helps you choose which to contact, answers questions about your job hunt, and drafts outreach emails. Most of Attaché is free. An optional paid Job Hunt Pass raises your daily Meshy allowance (see Section 7).
Attaché is not an employer, a recruiter, a staffing agency, or a party to any employment relationship. We do not hire you, place you, guarantee an interview or job offer, or represent any employer in any listing. Any application you submit through Attaché is submitted directly by you to the employer or their listed contact — Attaché is a tool that helps you find and apply, nothing more.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an Attaché account. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.
You must also provide accurate information at signup and keep your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Job and internship listings on Attaché come from a mix of sources: publicly available third-party job boards, employer-submitted flyers, and listings submitted by other users (crowdsourced contributions, subject to admin review before publishing).
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or legitimacy of any listing. Deadlines, contact details, requirements, and even the existence of a role can change or be wrong through no fault of ours — we're reflecting what the source published, not verifying it against the employer. Before applying or sharing personal information with any listed contact, use your own judgment, and verify details independently where it matters (e.g., confirm the employer is real before sending sensitive documents).
If you spot an inaccurate, expired, or suspicious listing, use the "Report this job" action on the listing - our admin team reviews reports and can correct or remove listings.

Attaché uses third-party AI models to parse your CV, generate CV feedback, compute job matches and skill gaps, chat with you through Meshy, and draft application and outreach emails. This content is generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Attaché limits certain AI-powered actions (e.g., generating an application email draft) to a daily quota, which can be increased by contributing approved job flyers (contributor tiers). Meshy chat has its own daily allowance of messages, shown in the app, which resets at midnight in your time zone. New accounts may get an introductory allowance for their first days. We may change quota limits, allowances, tier thresholds, or the features they apply to at any time, with notice provided in-app where the change is material.
The Job Hunt Pass is an optional, paid pass that raises your daily Meshy allowance for a fixed period. It is offered only in countries where it is on sale in the app (currently Zimbabwe). Nothing else in Attaché requires payment.
By you: You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:
Where reasonably possible, we'll notify you of the reason for suspension or termination. Termination doesn't entitle you to compensation. If you paid for a Job Hunt Pass, see Section 7 for payment problems.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean or South African law (as applicable to you), Attaché and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, missed applications, or harm arising from your interactions with third-party employers or listings sourced through the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct).

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be flagged in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Attaché after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
